Convocart's paid plans are subscriptions, billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor, Chargebee, which routes payments via Stripe for global customers or Razorpay for customers billed in India.
Convocart is a product of Methuselah Ventures Private Limited. Methuselah Ventures is the entity that processes your payment via Chargebee, Stripe, or Razorpay. As a result, your card or bank statement may show a charge from "Methuselah Ventures" rather than "Convocart" — this is expected and reflects the billing entity, not an unauthorized or unrecognized charge.
Convocart is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely digitally. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping or delivery timelines apply. Access to paid features is enabled on your account immediately once payment is confirmed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancelling stops all future billing — you will not be charged again after the current billing cycle. Your subscription and access to the service remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for; cancellation does not end your access early.
All subscription charges are non-refundable. This applies in every case, including but not limited to: cancelling partway through a billing cycle, not using the service during a paid period, downgrading or switching plans, and dissatisfaction with the service. We do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for unused time or unused call/usage allowance.
Charges for usage beyond your plan's included call volume are billed as incurred and are non-refundable, as they reflect services already delivered.
The policy above covers cancellations and change-of-mind requests — it does not cover genuine billing errors. If you are charged more than once for the same billing cycle, or charged in error due to a processing fault, contact us and we will investigate and correct the error.
